Shipping charges for deliveries within UAE for orders equal to and above AED 1000 – Free

For Orders within UAE –Delivery within 2 -3 working days or based on material availability

The multiple booking/orders/shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

We use courier service to deliver the product

Shipping outside of UAE

Shipping charges and estimated delivery time will be intimated during checkout. Correct address details and telephone number is mandatory for DHL shipments. Customs and Duty will have to be paid directly to DHL.

Process And Order Tracking:

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll send you an Order Confirmation email; and an email to let you know when we’ve dispatched your order along with the tracking information

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Where possible, we deliver most orders direct to your door in Dubai using our own delivery team. Orders from other emirates are delivered by our trusted courier partners.
